HB 290   Passed this bill that reduced the distance required between auto dealerships of the same line-make to allow for auto dealerships on the  west sides of counties.  Negotiated terms of creating a more fair and balanced Utah Auto Dealership Licensing Advisory Board.

SJR 17    Passed this bill recognizing 800th Anniversary of the Magna Carta 144228-004-5D7D752E.jpg

HB 197   Passed this bill that requires the State Board of Education to make certain rules regarding administrative or supervisory licensing. Governor vetoed, but worked with State Board to accomplish this through agency rules.

HB 266   This bill enacts provisions requiring tow truck drivers to have a criminal  background check before performing tow truck services and enacts provisions related to towing vehicles from privately owned lots

HB 394   This bill defines terms; allows and creates a license for a new car dealer to conduct business exclusively online; creates a license for an online salesperson; exempts a franchisee who operates exclusively online from the provisions of the New Automobile Franchise Act; and makes technical and conforming changes.
